A native of New Orleans, Gwen Nelson-Bichard holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and has worked

at Universities in Louisiana and Georgia. She spent 14 years working as a chemist with the Polaroid Corporation before leaving that career to launch a family-owned food company, Genell Rose, Inc. 

 

Using treasured family recipes handed down from her father, Genell Rose, Inc. now operates as a family-owned business that spans three generations. E.W. Creole Foods features an entire line of authentic Creole sauces and marinades for the commercial market.

 

As a scientist, entrepeneur, author, wife, mother and grandmother-- Gwen has experienced supernatural events throughout her life since she was a young girl. Each of these encounters has affirmed her faith in God, and cemented her belief in the afterlife. In her book, "Death, the Ultimate Wake Up Call", Gwen shares her personal stories in the hope that it will encourage others who have lost a loved one, and give them hope for the future.
